BREAKING NEWS! Appeal Court Rule In Favor Of Adeleke

An appeal court sitting in Akure has ruled that Senator Ademola Adeleke, the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) during the September gubernatorial poll in Osun state was eligible to contest the election. The appellate court’s judgment overturned an earlier judgment given by a federal high court which ruled that he was ineligible to contest the election on the ground that his O’level certificate was forged.
