South Africa’s President, Ramaphosa Apologises To Nigeria Over #Xenophobic Attacks

The President of South Africa, Cyril Ramaphosa, has apologised to Nigeria over the xenophobic attacks in his country.

The country’s special envoy, Jeff Radebe, tendered the apology during a closed-door meeting with Pres. Buhari at the Aso Villa in Abuja.

According to Radebe, Pres. Ramaphosa said the issue of compensation to Nigerian victims would feature during Pres. Buhari’s visit to South Africa on October 3.
