The Premier League have suspended all fixtures with the intention of the competition returning to action on April 4 following an emergency meeting on the spread of COVID-19 coronarivus in football.
Games have also been postponed across the English Football League, Women’s Super League and Women’s Championship with a collective agreement made across all competitions to pause professional football until at least April 3.
An EFL match could go ahead on that date, which would be a Friday evening kick off, although governing bodies are set to review their decisions and could postpone matches even further into 2020 come April.
