COVID-19:Lagos State Confirms 43 new cases

Lagos state governement has reportedly confirmed 43 new coronavirus cases today,

The new cases recorded by the lagos state government brings the total tally in the state to 746.

In a tweet on its verified Twitter handle, the state government said a total number of 15 patients were transferred out of the state.

“#COVID19Lagos Update as at April 26, 2020.

“43 new cases of #COVID19 Infection confirmed.

“Total confirmed cases in Lagos now 746

“One confirmed COVID-19 Lagos patient was transferred to Ondo State. Total transferred now 15.”

Recall that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, had confirmed 43 fresh COVID-19 cases in Lagos State.

This was part of the 91 new cases confirmed across the country.

According to NCDC, the new confirmed cases now brings Nigeria’s tally to 1,283.
