Fire Razes shops in Ilorin Kwara State

Property worth a huge number of naira were, on Thursday, devastated by an early morning inferno, which happened at Ita-Ama in llorin West Local Government territory of Kwara. 

The News Agency of Nigeria NAN reports that the fire, which annihilated five shops and a few rooms, endured more than three hours. 

NAN likewise reports that it took some firemen from the state Fire Service more than two hours to extinguish the seething fire. 

A portion of the occupants of the zone, who talked with NAN at the area of the occurrence, said they couldn’t learn what set off the fire. 

A portion of the things demolished by the inferno included arrangements of PC, electronic devices, electrical fittings, printers and apparel materials, among others. 

The proprietor of one of the influenced shops and rooms, Alhaji AbdulGaniyu Aladie, said that he lost N250,000 money and resources worth N2.2 million to the inferno. 

He engaged the state government and very much lively people and associations to go to his guide, as he had lost all he had to the fire. 

The Director of the state fire administration, Mr Abdulwaheed Yakub, credited the fire to electric flash in one of the shops, when force was reestablished. 

He informed the occupants concerning the state to consistently put off every electrical machine at whatever point they were not being used. (NAN)
