I Never Celebrated The Death of Abba Kyari, I Was Misinterpreted – Sacked Commissioner

Mu’azu Magaji the former commissioner for Workers and Infrastructure has played down all claims that he celebrated the death of the Chief of Staff to President Buhari, Late Abba Kyari. The Commissioner that was fired by the governor of Kano State, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje made it known he was misinterpreted by those he described as agents of the former Chief of Staff.

In his Facebook post, the sacked commissioner wrote,“Abba Kyari is no ordinary citizen, he amassed so much power that decided the fate of my nation and its people. Hence his death is never a personal death!”“When you are all done with the pretence and crocodile tears, we will do a review in overriding interest of the nation and its people!”“I am not a hypocrite and I won’t pretend! While at personal level, I pray Allah to grant Abba Kyari Jannah… I sincerely believe Nigeria needed a better CoS period!”The sacked commissioner who claimed he made other post but yet the general public decided to capitalize on a full phrase post that is given another set of definition. He went further to say, “The use of ‘win win phrase’ is basically an attempt to explain the Islamic promise to the people that died from any pandemic. The late Mallam Abba Kyari was privileged to die as a result of COVID-19, making him among the beneficiaries in Islam. He is conferred with the automatic privilege of martyrdom.”

Whether the sacked commissioner would be pardoned, or given any position in the State is yet unknown as focus has moved to halting the Coronavirus that is increasing rapidly in the state.
