JUST IN: US reports 1,000 coronavirus deaths in a 24-hour period for the first time

The United States of America has now recorded a thousand coronavirus deaths in a 24-hour period for the first time.

The US currently leads the chart of the most infect nation in the world with 216,716 total coronavirus cases.

Though 8878 have recovered, US still battles between curtailing the spread and treating the 202,702 active cases.

With the recent 1,000 confirmed deaths in 24 hours, US has suffered 5136 loss to the corona virus pandemic.
