Nigeria COVID-19 Cases Climbs To 373, As Lagos Records 7th Death.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 11 new coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in Lagos on Tuesday, April 14, 2020.

Lagos has recorded a total of 25 new cases on Tuesday, the highest recorded in one day. With another patient who died of coronavirus-related complications in Lagos State.

This was announced by the Lagos State Ministry of Health early on Wednesday, April 15, 2020. The patient is noted to have died on Tuesday, April 14, and is the seventh fatality recorded in Nigeria’s commercial capital.

The deceased was a 56-year-old Nigerian who recently returned from the United States.

Other places where cases were reported on Tuesday are the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja with two new cases, and one each recorded in Kano, Edo, and Akwa-Ibom.
