Ramadan Commences This Friday – Sultan Of Sokoto.

Sultan of Sokoto, His Eminence Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar III has declared that ramadan begins this friday.

The news comes as all Arab countries begin the holy fast on friday, after the sight of the moon. The Sultan therefore declared that tomorrow Friday 24th of April, 2020, will be the first day of the Holy Month of Ramadan.

He declared that the sighting of the moon in almost every part of the country earlier on Thursday which is the 30th day of the Month of Shaban, signifies that tomorrow Friday April 24, is the first day of Ramadan 1441.
