34 Doctors Test Positive To COVID-19 In Kano.

Reports from the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), Kano State Chapter, on Tuesday, disclosed that 34 doctors have tested positive to covid-19 in the state.

Dr Sanusi Bala, the state NMA Chairman revealed that one of the confirmed cases has died. According to him, many of them were infected through normal clinical routines while attending to unsuspected COVID-19 cases.

He appealed to authorities to provide more protection for doctors through procurement of personal protective equipment (PPE).
