Chelsea’s Callum Hudson-Odoi arrested after sending “flirty” messages to a model

Chelsea star, Callum Hudson-Odoi, was arrested on Sunday following a tip off by a lingerie model, according to The Sun.

Police officers arrested Hudson-Odoi at his West London penthouse in the early hours of yesterday after a woman called for the police and ambulance services.

The Blues winger is said to have met the woman online and asked her to visit him at his apartment after exchanging a number of “flirty” messages.

The 19-year-old sent his car to collect the woman from the other side of London, but the meeting soured and erupted into an argument.

The woman, described as a lingerie model, was taken to hospital by paramedics after complaining of feeling “unwell” before police officers arrested Hudson-Odoi.

Reacting to the development, the Metropolitan Police said: “Police and London Ambulance Service were called at 03:53hrs on Sunday 17 May to a report of an unwell woman.”

“The woman was taken to hospital and that the man remains in police custody.”

Hudson-Odoi was the first Premier League footballer to announce that he had contracted COVID-19 in March, but he has since recovered.
