The English Premier League board has revealed that no players and club staff have tested positive to the coronavirus in recent tests carried out by clubs in the English topflight league.
The league management revealed in a statement that 1,130 players and club staff were tested for COVID-19 on Thursday 28 May and Friday 29 May.
Of these, zero have tested positive.” – it stated.
At the moment there have been just 12 positive covid-19 cases from a total of 3,882 tests since Premier League players and club staff started being tested in May.
