Celebrities Who Honoured George Floyd’s Memorial Service

George Floyd death has sparked lots of back lash against police brutality, as hundreds of people match for justice. George whose last words were; ‘I can’t breathe’ later died in custody after few hours of his arrest.

Hundreds of people, including celebrities and politicians, gathered in Minneapolis to honor George at his memorial service. He memorial service was motivated by words from Rev. Al Sharpton (civil right activist) as he spoke with anger towards the general treatment of blacks in the United States.

“The reason we could never be who we wanted and dreamed of being is you kept your knee on our neck, we don’t want no favors, just get up off us and we can be and do whatever we can be” Rev Sharpton said.

Rev. Sharpton was not the only notable name to have attended the memorial service as big names like; Kevin Hart, Ludacris, Master P, Tiffan Haddish, Martin Luther King III, Senator Amy Klobuchar and a lot more.
