Professor Kemebradikumo Pondei, the Acting Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, has left the hospital after he collapsed on Monday.
Prof Pondei on Monday slumped as the House of Representatives committee on NDDC grilled him for over an hour for mismanagement of NDDC funds.
Soon after, Pondei appeared to be in a seizure as several people present at the hearing rushed to his aid, propping him up and attempting to stabilize him.
The session was halted, and might commence since the accused has been discharged from the hospital already.
