Brothers defraud businessman of N8m, Here is the lie they told him

Every day for the thief, one day for the owner as two brothers have been arrested for defrauding a business man of N8m in Kwara State. Just few hours ago, the PRO of police, Frank Mba said, there are lots of Hushpuppi, both young and elderly, this is a case of a junior Hushpuppi.

A business man, Ganiyu Oriyomi, who thought he had hit a jackpot in 2014 when he met Ismailia Olatunji, who promised to help him facilitate a building construction contract at the National Security Adviser, as Olatunji paraded himself as an aide to the former NSA, Col. Sambo Dasuki, didn’t know he as dealing with a fraudster.

Olatunji was reported to have been collecting cash from Ganiyu, saying their account is being monitored by security agents due to the arrest of Dasuki and everything will be back to normal pending when his boss would be released. It became clear to Ganiyu that he has been played on as Olatunji was nowhere to be found after the release of Dasuki in 2019.

Olatunji was later tracked down after a petition to the Inspector General of Police Intelligence Response Team where made by Ganiyu. According to reports, Olatunji was not alone in the crime as his brother alongside one cleric.
