Zambia President Sacks Minister Of Education Over Leaked Nude Video.

Zambian President, Edgar Lungu on Wednesday fired his education minister, David Mabumba, after nude video clips of him went viral on social media.

In the leaked video, a man who looked so much like the minister was seen naked and masturbating. Mr Mabumba, who previously also served as energy minister, has neither commented on the videos nor the dismissal.

A statement from the presidency did not give reasons for his removal but it came after explicit video clips of the minister were leaked on Twitter, Facebook and shared via Whatsapp.

It only said Lungu “had terminated the appointment of Minister of General Education with immediate effect.”

The Presidency has however urged the public to stop circulating the video, stating that it is unethical and immoral for people to continue circulating the video..
