Done Deal: Chelsea completes the signing of left-back Ben Chilwell from Leicester

Chelsea have confirmed the £50m signing of Ben Chilwell from Leicester.

The England defender has signed a five-year deal worth up to £190,000-per-week after passing a medical and also having checks on the heel injury that ruled him out of the end of last season.

Chilwell will be the latest signing in what has been a busy summer for Chelsea. The Blues have already signed Hakim Ziyech, Timo Werner, and are in talks with Kai Havertz. Earlier reports from today also suggested that Chelsea are close to signing Thiago Silva from Paris Saint-Germain.
