Victor Osimhen Apologizes to Popular Media House in Nigeria

Nigerian professional footballer, Victor James Osimhen, has taken to his official social media handle to apologize to popular media house in Nigeria (The Punch) over his comments on Sunday, 9th August, 2020.

Victor who accused the media house for carrying fake news about him, claimed he has not granted any interview since the death of his father, went to apologize for his choice of words.

Here is his first tweet:

“A much as I dislike being misquoted or taken out of context by the media, I want to apologize to Punch and other journalists that felt offended for the type of language I used in m earlier post, sorry about it, make una no vex I still be una boy. peace.” Victor tweeted.

Victor who just recently signed for Napoli from Lille, is regarded as one of Nigerians golden boy, as he made 27 appearances and scored 13 goals in his final season at Lille.
