The Nigeria music space has been filled with amazing projects within the past few weeks and it is very clear that this year has been a super year for both the artistes and fans, despite the coronavirus pandemic that halted all social activities.

With Burna Boy’s “Twice As Tall”, DJ Cuppy’s “Original Copy”, Adekunle Gold’s “AfroPop Vol 1” and Fireboy’s “Apollo” album released already, we can definitely say we have had the best of the churn already.

Music Lovers can testify that D.J Cuppy was able to give us an arguably decent album in “Original Copy” as she was able to express herself in different sounds and give her music career the much needed lift.

Burna Boy has shown that he still stands as the African Giant, as he released his fifth studio album “Twice As Tall”, and we hope it will triple his chances of bagging a Grammy award.

YBNL star, Fireboy DML has shown that he is a champion in his debut studio album “Apollo” as he was able to experiment his new sound featuring some of the biggest acts around. “Apollo” is tipped to be one of the best album this year.

AG Baby’s third studio project Afro Pop Vol. 1 is another album that has deservedly proven to be one of the biggest projects of the year. Adekunle Gold says “Afro Pop Vol. 1” is a diverse take on pop music. As it encompasses all genres, heavily influenced by his afro roots.
