The wait is finally over for all Arsenal fans, as club captain, Aubameyang, has finally put pen to paper as he signs for the Gunners.

Aubameyang who was last season’s second highest goal scorer, has started this season in fine form, scoring against Fulham to extended Arsenals lead and secure all 3 points, is just a way of reminding the fans and club hierarchy of his attributes, commitment and love for the club.

In a short video clip that was posted on the official social media handle of Aubameyang, ensured fans of his full commitment and plans of becoming an Arsenal legend just like Adams, Henry and others. Aubameyang also made it known that his father is his greatest inspiration as he was the captain of his club and country during his own playing days.

“My dad is my biggest inspiration, as he was the captain of his club and country, so it means so much for me to be the captain of this special club. I want to leave a legacy. This is where I belong. This is my family.”

Aubameyang signed a 3-years deal with the Gunners, keeping him in the club the 2023/2024 season. Congratulations to Arsenal for keeping one of the best strikers in the Premier League.
