Thiago Alcantara writes a farewell note to Bayern as he confirms his exit from the club

Thiago Alcantara has official thanked his Bayern faithful as he edge towards an exist from the club.

Alcantara has been linked to English Champions, Liverpool, since after winning the Champions League last season with Bayern Munich where he played a key role in their treble season.

In a farewell note, Alcantara thanked the supporters, his teammates and members of staff for all the love they showed him, during his stay at Bayern.
