Warri College of Education Provost Allegedly Builds 2 Toilets For N36M.(See Full Story)

The Provost, Delta state college of education, Warri, Prof. Mary Edema, is reported to have built two toilets in the institution funded by the Tertiary Education Trust Fund, for N36 million.

From pictures shared the structures were a Tetfund project since 2017.

According to several reports, the two toilet projects was a fraudulent deal allegedly struck by the provost with the contractors, who handled it.

However from Photos of a memo passed by the College’s administrators, the estimated budget for the lavatory was N75 million.

A part of the memo read, “I hereby convey the approval of the Board of Trustees for you to use the allocated sum of Seventy Five Million Naira (#75,000,000.00) only for the underlisted projects as per our submission”
