General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church, Pastor Adeboye joins the #EndSARS protest (Photo)

As Nigerian youths fight against police brutality, harassment, and unlawful arrest of it’s citizen, more notable and highly respected figures are beginning to join the #EndSARS peaceful protest.

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor E.A Adeboye has joined the protest as he took to his official social media handle to support the peaceful protest. According to Adeboye, youths cannot become what they want if they are not alive, so the protest is a wake up call as they speak against police brutality which has resulted deaths across the country.

“Our daughters will not be able to prophesy and young men will not see visions if we don’t keep them alive. I support the youths in this peaceful protest as they “speak up” to #EndPoliceBrutality#EndSARS#ENDSWAT” Pastor Adeboye tweeted.

Moreover, Pastor Adeboye is not the only top figure to have spoken in less than 24-hours, as Twitter CEO, Jack Dorsey has also joined the peaceful protest and also asked for donations to enable the peaceful protest.
