Those Responsible For Killing Of #EndSARS Protesters At Lekki Toll Gate Will Be Punished – Governor Sanwo-Olu.

Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has stated that those involved in the shooting of #EndSARS protesters at the Lekki Toll Gate on Tuesday, October 20, will not go unpunished.

Governor Sanwo-Olu had earlier debunked claims that the Soldiers shot at the Lekki Protesters on Tuesday and stated that no protesters were killed on that evening.

While speaking during an interview with CNN on Monday, October 26, Sanwo-Olu said even though he doesn’t have control of the Army, he’ll ensure a thorough investigation is done so that offenders don’t go unpunished.

“We’ll do everything to ensure they’re held accountable.

“The report will be out and we’ll channel it to all the relevant authorities to ensure that everyone found culpable is accountable for the act,”  Governor Sanwo-Olu stated during the interview.
