AFCON: “We Promise To Fix This” Musa Pleads After Nigeria’s 4-4 Draw

The match between Sierra Leone was a two sided game as Nigeria went from controllers of the game, to strugglers after 90 minutes of play.

Nigeria started the game looking all good and making fans believe the game was buried at some point after goals from Alex Iwobi (scored two, the first and third) , Victor Osimhen and Samuel Chukwueze put Nigeria up front at just 29 minutes of first half play. An equalizer from Kwame Quee restored and gave hope to Sierra Leone, before a wonderful second half brought Super Eagles on their kneels hoping for a draw.

The match eventually ended in a 4-4 draw as Ahmed Musa, one of Nigeria’s top player and captain, spoke to newsmen as he promised that they will fix the current situation, and also blaming the players for the woes during the match.

“We made costly mistakes, we sincerely apologize and we promise we will fix things and get a win in Sierra Leone”. Ahmed Musa said.
