Few Days After Changing His Nickname, Mourinho Proves Why He’s “The Experienced One”

Tottenham manager, Jose Mourinho, has proved the worth of his new nickname few days after ditching his famous “Special One” nickname. The manager who now favors to be called “The Experienced One”, showed fans why the name suits more.

Mourinho who is regarded as one of the most controversial managers in the Premier League, has indeed proved his doubters wrong with a tactical win against Manchester City, after a convincing 2-0 win at home.

In a match that was fully dominated by Manchester City, with a 66 per cent possession over 34 per cent of that of the host, Tottenham. Tottenham started the match in a direct fashion, as they took the lead in just 5-minutes through Heung-Min-Son. During the second half, Mourinho made an experience change, as he substituted Ndombele for Giovani Lo Celso, whose first touch brought their second goal, which eventually sealed all 3 points for Tottenham and took them to the top of the log with 20 points, while Manchester City dropped down to 12th position.

The substitution from Mourinho was really a game changer, as his side only had 2 shots on target compared to City’s 5. Comparing both teams, where do you think Tottenham can finish this season, and where do you see Manchester City ending up this season?
