On Friday, November 20, Queen Elizabeth and husband Prince Philip celebrated their 73rd wedding anniversary.
A photo of the Queen and the Prince reading a card was shared on The Royal Family’s Instagram account to mark their big day.
According to the post, the Duke of Edinburgh and the Queen were photographed in the Oak Room at their Windsor Castle earlier this week.
And the post indicated that the Queen and her hubby, Philip were reading a card from their great-grandchildren, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
The handler of The Royal Family’s Instagram page wrote;
“This new image has been released to mark the 73rd wedding anniversary of The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh tomorrow,”
“In the photograph, Her Majesty and His Royal Highness are seen looking at an anniversary card made by Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, alongside other cards and letters sent by well-wishers. The photograph was taken by @Chrisjacksongetty in the Oak Room at Windsor Castle earlier this week”.
