U.S Elections: Donald Trump Sacks Election Security Official Who Rejected Fraud Claims.

President of the United States of America, Donald Trump on Tuesday sacked the US government’s top election security official, who had rejected the president’s unsubstantiated claims of “massive” fraud in the vote he lost to Joe Biden.

The US president, who refuses to acknowledge that he lost his bid for reelection to Democrat Biden, has repeatedly claimed without evidence that the voting and count were replete with fraud.

However Trump announced on Twitter the termination “effective immediately” of Chris Krebs, declared “the November 3rd election was the most secure in American history” and free of fraud contrary to Trump’s claim.

“The recent statement by Chris Krebs on the security of the 2020 Election was highly inaccurate, in that there were massive improprieties and fraud,”

“Therefore, effective immediately, Chris Krebs has been terminated as Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.” Donald Trump wrote in a Tweet.
