Nnamdi Jeremiah an undergraduate of the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi has been addressed by the police for killing his lecturer.
Nnamdi who hails from Umigwe village in Imo State was arrested for the murder of an Associate Professor, Karl Kwaghger.
In a statement on Saturday by the Benue state police command spokesperson, DSP Catherine Anene the university don was killed on Nov. 28 at the Tarka Foundation, Gboko, where he had gone for relaxation.
According to her the suspect was arrested in Abuja while trying to sell a car belonging to the deceased.
The victim was rushed to Bishop Murray Hospital where he was confirmed dead and was deposited at the morgue.

The suspect confessed to the crime adding that his initial intension was to threaten the victim with a make believe gun and rob him of his car but he ended up killing him because he resisted”, she added.
