JAMB Stops Uniform Cut-off Mark For Entry Into Tertiary Institutions.

JAMB registrar, Professor Ishaq Oloyede disclosed in a meeting on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 that the matriculation board will cancel same Cut-off Mark for entry into tertiary institutions across the country.

The board revealed that the new rule will commence with students seeking admission for the 2021/2022 academic year.

“Institutions have now been given the liberty to decide cut-off marks. There will be no cut-off marks from JAMB,” Professor Ishaq stated.

With this recent announcement all Tertiary Institutions have been given the freedom to decide individual cut-off mark.
