Nigerian Music Executive, Tunji Balogun Now CEO of Def Jam Records.

Def Jam Records has made Nigerian Music Executive, Tunji Balogun its new Chief Executive Officer.

The former VP of A&R at RCA, Tunji Balogun replaces Eminem’s longtime manager, Paul Rosenberg as CEO of Def Jam Records, ending a six year run at RCA.

Tunji has been responsible for the signings of Khalid, Bryson Tiller, and some other music acts to RCA.

Def Jam was founded 35 years ago and his home to artistes like Justin Bieber, Jay-Z, Rihanna, Kanye West, Big Sean, Logic, among other artistes.

Before Tunji’s appointment, Def Jam had been managed by interim chairman and CEO, Jeffery Harleston.
