BBNaija ‘Shine Ya Eye’ Edition Recorded Over One Billion Votes.

Analysis from the just concluded Big Brother Naija ‘Shine Ya Eye’ season 6 edition revealed that viewers mad over one billion cumulative votes.

The figure was confirmed on the grand-finale show on Sunday by anchor, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.

In this year’s edition viewers were encouraged to support their favourite contestants by voting on the organizers online platforms which included the Africa Magic official website. While other voting spots were allocated to subscribers of the DSTV and GOTV cable decoders.

This was different from previous editions where there was paid voting, this time votes were free.

The grand-finale show on Sunday saw Whitemoney claim a landslide victory and take how the grand-prize of ₦90 million with 47% of the votes.

He was followed by Liquorose who came second place with 22.99% of fan votes while Pere and Cross came in third and fourth place respectively.
