Binance Signs €30M 2Yrs Partnership Deal With Serie A Club Lazio.

Popular Cryptocurrency exchange platform, Binance has announced a two year partnership deal with Serie A club Lazio.

The Italian football club announced a partnership agreement with Binance, to become the club’s new main Jersey sponsor.

The announcement was made on the club’s website and it stated,

SS Lazio is pleased to announce a partnership agreement with Binance, which becomes the Club’s new Main Jersey Sponsor. Binance is a leading blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider, with millions of users worldwide.”

According to the announcement, the deal will last for two years with the option of a third and is worth up to €30 million ($35 million).

The cryptocurrency platform also took to it’s website and social media pages to make the announcement, it wrote;

Binance is proud to announce a multi-year partnership with renowned football team, S.S. Lazio, and the launch of the Binance Fan Token Platform. Binance will become the main jersey sponsor for S.S. Lazio, the launch partner of the Binance Fan Token Platform.

By joining forces with Binance, the Lazio Fan Token (LAZIO) will be issued via the Binance Launchpad to take the club’s brand to the next level, and to create a more meaningful fan engagement experience for the club’s supporters—through unique and engagement-based rewards, interactivity, gamification and more.
LAZIO is a utility token providing fans with a way to engage with their favorite team. Initially, LAZIO will be available for Binance users via Binance Launchpad and later via Spot, bank card purchases and P2P“.

Italian football club, S.S. Lazio, is currently 6th on the Italian league (Serie A) table with 11 points and also finished 6th in the last season with 68 points.
