Popular celebrity dancer, Jane Mena has said that she will sue actress, Tonto Dike for ₦500 million as she dared her to release her sex tape.
It would be recalled that Dikeh had revealed that her ex-boyfriend, Prince Kpokpogri had Janemena’s sex tapes in his possession.
In a petition filed by the Instagram influencer through her lawyers, Jane Mena said Dikeh’s claims were damaging and malicious.
Jane Mena demanded an immediate retraction of the said publications by Tonto Dikeh on her social media handles and a publication of the retraction in four national dailies in Nigeria.
She also asked that the actress tenders an unreserved apology to her and pay the sum of N500,000,000 (Five Hundred Million Naira) as exemplary damages for the malicious publications.
“These malicious publications and in the context in which it was made, meant and Jane Mena understood it to mean the following amongst other things: Jane Mena who is a married woman had and is still having an amorous or sexual relationship with Prince Kpokpogri (referred to in the publications as Joseph Egbri) who is not Jamena’s husband,” part of the petition read.
“2. Jane Mena is cheating on her lawful husband. 3. Jane Mena has sex tapes. 4. Jane Mena distributes sex tapes. 5. Jane Mena’s sex tapes (old and very recent ones) are in possession of PRINCE KPOKPOGRI (Joseph Egbri) with which he will use to blackmail our client any moment from now.”
However, few moments later Jane Mena dared the movie star, Tonto Dikeh to release her sex tape.
The IG Influencer made this known while reacting to Dikeh’s claims that she begged to save her marriage and has her sex tape.
“We never begged you to save my marriage, ask around people who know me and my husband. At least try to save yourself first. I don’t even have your number in the first place. Neither have I met you in person before. I never spoke to you at all,” she wrote.
She went on to narrate how she only reached out to the movie star so she could retract her statement about the sex tape in her ex-boyfriend’s possession.
“Miss Tonto Dikeh, you are an adult and I want you to know coitus must take place before a sex tape can be made. I double dare you to release the sex tape through a fake page or any of your numerous bloggers,” she added.
Jane Mena’s post came hours after Dikeh claimed she begged her to help save her marriage.
“If I say your sex tape exist, I say it again and again child. You can’t be begging me behind the scene to save your marriage and begging to see me for an appointment to explain yourself and then come with a petition,” she wrote.
