Blaqbelieve was Born and raised in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria. His love for music grew from the environment in which he grew up, it was like he could not hear or pick anything but the music. It then developed into an addiction during his high school days which led him to listening and exploring almost all kinds of music.

Blaqbelieve music therefore interprets the mood and emotions running through him at that moment, Sometimes he is groovy and other times might be motivational or sad as the case may be but singing about it with the right sound makes it feels all better.
