Revealed! See What Ronaldo Told His Teammates That Inspired United’s Win Against Atalanta.

Manchester United forward, Cristiano Ronaldo had a major role to play in Manchester United’s UEFA champions league match against Atalanta and that was to inspire his team to a win.

With United facing an early exit from the competition at that point, Ronaldo had a go at his team mates before they emerged for the second half.

According to the UK Sun, Ronaldo called their performance “unacceptable” and told his colleague they ought to be “ashamed”.

“Cristiano addressed the whole team and told them that the performance was unacceptable.

He asked if they were not ashamed and said this was not how Manchester United performed in front of their own fans. He told them they needed to win the game and, if they didn’t, they might not qualify for the next stage of the Champions League,” a source told the newspaper.

Ronaldo headed in a late winner, after Marcus Rashford and Harry Maguire made it 2-2. Manchester United ended up winning the game 3-2.
