See Tems Message To Asa, Tiwa Savage & Yemi Alade Following BET Awards Win.

Fast rising Nigerian songstress Temilade Openiyi, popularly known as Tems has sent a clear message to other female Nigerian acts following her BET win.

The singer won ‘Best International Act‘ Category as well as a win alongside Wizkid and Justin Bieber for ‘Essence’, in the ‘Best Collaboration’ category.

Following the win, Tems took to Twitter to praise other African female singers who she says inspire her.

“I’m taking today to appreciate alll the Sisters today. Thank you for existing, thank you for deciding to get up and do something because someone saw that and became inspired by it. @Asa_official @Omawumi @TiwaSavage @yemialadee @OfficialWaje @SympLySimi @OfficialNiniola,” Tems wrote.
