#EndEFCC: One Person Shot Dead as Youths Protest Against EFCC In Delta State. (Photos)

Earlier today, Tuesday, October 4th, 2022, several youths in Delta State Nigeria stormed the streets to protest against the activities and assaults caused by officials of the Economic Financial Crimes Commission in the state.

According to reports several trucks were also set ablaze during the protest.

During the protest, one person was reportedly shot dead at Ughelli, Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State.

The Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe disclosed that it is not clear if the person shot dead is one of the suspected internet fraudsters.

“I am not aware of that now. I am waiting for information,” he stated.
