Nigeria Police Says Claims That Bombs Have Been Planted Across Abuja Are False.

Superior officers of the Nigeria Police Force have disapproved claims that bombs have been buried across Abuja, Amid rumours of an alleged planned terror attack within the capital territory.

According to a statement issued by the Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi on Saturday, October 29th 2022, it was disheartening that some persons were spreading false information after the terror alert by the United States, the United Kingdom, and others.

Adejobi said among the individuals making the claim are presumed peace ambassadors and patriotic agents of national unity in Nigeria.

He however refuted the claims, but asked citizens to be vigilant and alert.
