Roberto Martinez calls up Cristiano Ronaldo to Portugal squad ahead of EURO 2024 Qualifiers.

Portugues international and Al Nassr forward, Cristiano Ronaldo has been called up to the Portugal squad by new manager, Roberto Martinez ahead of the teams EURO 2024 Qualifiers.

Roberto Martinez joined the Portugal national team after a poor World Cup outing with Belgium and promised to speak to Ronaldo about his role in the team.

Ronaldo who now plays his club football in Saudi Arabia, has now been called up to their latest squad, with Martinez saying:

“Cristiano Ronaldo is a very committed player.

“He can bring experience and is a very important figure for the team. I don’t look at age.”
