Chelsea appoints Frank Lampard as it’s caretaker manager.

Chelsea Football Club management have appointed Frank Lampard the caretaker manager of the Premier League club until the end of the season. 

The announcement was made on Thursday, April 6th 2023 via the club’s official website.

 According to reports from the club, Lampard agreed to a deal that will keep him at Stamford Bridge until the end of the season.

Frank Lampard was previously appointed the manager of the London club during the 2019/20 season the manager of the London club during the 2019/20 season, which was his first stint as manager of the club.

However, he was fired mid-way into his second season in January 2021 following a series of bad results.
