Portuguese international and Al-Nassr FC team captain, Cristiano Ronaldo has asked that his club signs 40-year-old defender, Pepe, from FC Porto.

According to a report from Portuguese football transfer expert, Pedro Almeida, Ronaldo wants Pepe to join the Arab team at the end of his contract with FC Porto.

He tweeted, “Cristiano Ronaldo asked the Al-Nassr board to sign #Pepe, the Portuguese player is at the end of contract with Porto.

“Porto wants to extend the contract with the player.”

Ronaldo and Pepe were former club teammates during their time at Real Madrid.
