“Dem put me for hard cold floor” – Seun Kuti recounts prison experience.

Nigerian Afro-beats music star, Seun Kuti has recounted some of his experience after he was arrested by the Nigerian Police Force for assaulting a police officer.

Seun Kuti was arrested at the State Criminal Investigations and Intelligence Department, SCIID, Panti, Yaba, Lagos on the orders of the Yaba Chief Magistrate Court for assaulting a police officer in a viral video.

Kuti was finally granted bail on Tuesday after spending eight days in detention.

On his his Instastory on Friday, Kuti shared his prison experience, he narrated that he was made to sit on a hard cold floor while in the cell.

“Dem put me for hard cold floor, in the midst of prisoners still better than sitting in the devils house with politicians”, he wrote.
