Crayon: “Thank God I Didn’t Succeed in 2019”

Charles Chibueze Chukwu, also known as Crayon, an artist signed to Mavin Records, expressed gratitude for the path his career has taken since he was first signed in 2019 by Don Jazzy. Drawing a parallel to the biblical story of Job, Crayon suggested that God might have been testing his patience during those early days.

In a post on his official platform, Crayon explained that he appreciates the success he is currently experiencing more than he would have if he had achieved it back in 2019.

He wrote, “Omo thank God that I didn’t blow in 2019 when I came out. Na now sweet pass! Jesus. I had to wait bro I had to wait!! God tested my patience like that of Job in the Bible. Now ehnnn I’m coming for everything like a comet!!! Mo ti blowww kpaaaaa.”
