Justin Timberlake Arrested For DWI In The Hamptons

According to ABC News, Singer and actor Justin Timberlake was arrested early Tuesday morning for driving while intoxicated (DWI) in the Hamptons, according to the Sag Harbor Police Department.

Timberlake, 42, was pulled over after running a stop sign and veering out of his lane.

The officer on the scene detected signs of intoxication, including bloodshot and glassy eyes and the smell of alcohol on his breath.

The singer admitted to having one martini but refused a breath test at the police station. He was taken into custody and later released without bond.

Timberlake is scheduled to appear in court on July 26th. His attorney has stated that they will “vigorously defend” their client and are currently reviewing the evidence in the case.

This is not Timberlake’s first run-in with the law, but it is his first DWI arrest.
