According to The Nation, McClaren is enthusiastic about taking on the role, despite recent changes in Manchester United’s coaching staff. The 63-year-old has an extensive managerial career, having led teams like Newcastle United, Nottingham Forest, Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga, and FC Twente in the Netherlands, where he achieved notable success.
