American humanitarian Alex Barbir has publicly called out Nigeria’s President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, following the recent Palm Sunday attack in Jos.
In a strongly worded statement, Barbir questioned the President’s response to the incident, asking when he would address the cries of affected Christians and accusing the government of failing to adequately protect its citizens.
His remarks have since sparked widespread reactions online, with many Nigerians debating issues of security, accountability, and the government’s handling of recurring violence in parts of the country. The development adds to ongoing national conversations about safety and leadership during times of crisis.
