Kebbi State Confirms First COVID-19 Case.

Kebbi State governor, Abubakar Atiku Bagudu announced during a press briefing at the state’s Government House on Sunday, April 26, 2020, that the north-western state has recorded it’s first covid-19 case.

He said the index case, who has a travel history from Lagos State has been isolated at Kebbi Isolation Center. Kebbi is the 29th state to record at least one coronavirus case in Nigeria. As the total number of coronavirus cases in Nigeria has increased to 1273 after 91 new infections were recorded on Sunday
