Many countries are still struggling to contain the Coronavirus pandemic which keeps spreading like wildfire. Just like other countries, Nigeria is at a heel stand to contain further spread of the virus which has brought a stand still to social and economical activities.
Sixteen new cases of the Coronavirus have been reported in Nigeria , bringing the total confirmed case to 254 according to Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC). NCDC also reported 1 death case, bringing the number of death cases to 6 and 44 discharged cases in total. Lagos State still remains the highest recorded case in Nigeria as a total of 130 cases have been reported by the NCDC.

Edo – 11.
Bauchi – 6.
Kaduna – 5.
Akwa Ibom – 5.
Ogun – 4.

Delta – 1.
Kastina – 1.
Benue – 1.
Ondo – 1.
As Nigeria still stands a chance to contain the Coronavirus pandemic, its best we observe the follow direct measures:
1) Social distancing.
2) Proper hand hygiene.
3) Wash hand regularly.
4) Avoid touching face, nose, eye and mouth.
