UCH Boss Test Negative After Testing Positive For COVID-19 Last Week

Prof. Jesse Otegbayo, the Chief Medical Director of University College Hospital, Ibadan has tested negative after he was initially testing positive to the Cornavirus.

In a statement made by the Public Relations Officer of UCH, Mr Toye Akinrinlola to newsmen on Thusday in Ibadan. “I have the pleasure to announce that Prof. Jesse Abiodun has returned and is negative to the COVID-19 after testing positive last week Friday”.

Mr Toye also disclosed that samples were taken again on Tuesday about 3.00pm, which the result came out negative.Prof. Jesse who personally said he was positive for the COVID-19 and advised those who have being in contact with him to observe self-quarantine in other to check mate the spread.

Mr Toye who was also close to the Chief Medical Director Prof. Jesse Otegbayo disclosed that he also took the test which came back negative.
